A huge welcome to MBP’s first newsletter and a very special one at that.
MBP is happy to announce it has turned 1 today.
A year ago today MBP was launched and within 12 months has rapidly grown . It has been a true joy to watch MBP grow and expand into the supportive, fun and informative forum that it is today.
In saying that, we would like to send a huge thank you to all our members because without you we wouldn’t be here so THANK YOU. It is truly the members that make the forum tick over and continue to grow each day. Also a massive pat on the back to the admin and staff of MBP for all your time, effort, support, dedication and patience in helping out in various aspects of our website.
To date we have 284 members and are looking forward to many more multiple parents/carers joining us in 2010 so please spread the word.
Wow what a year it has been too, with lots of ups and downs in everyone’s lives but mainly ups. But like all of us multiple parents, MBP has made it through its toughest year the 1st one - and is raring to go into its toddler years.
We had great pleasure and delight in welcoming the safe arrival of 16 sets of twins, 4 sets of triplets and 3 singletons in 2009. 2010 looks to
be like another wonderful year for new arrivals and we wish all our pregnant members all the best and hope that you continue to cook your
little bundles as long as possible.
Should you wish your children’s (and your own) birthdays to be included in our birthday post please reply to our birthday thread
on the forum and we will be happy to add you.
We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to all those members that have donated to our site over the last year. This has been of great assistance and appreciated immensely as it has contributed to keeping the site up and running. As we are a non-profit organization we rely on donations to help us to continue to operate. Although we have a few companies who have come on board and agreed to pay a fee to advertise through our site the majority
of money received is from the kind donations of our members for which we are again very grateful. Thank you once again.
